"User" / "You" — any individual visiting the website, submitting a booking, or using the football field.

"Services" — includes the football field rental, booking management, and any associated activities provided by the company.

2. Website Use

• Upload, share, or transmit harmful, misleading, or offensive material.
• Attempt to disrupt the website's operation through hacking or unauthorized access.
• Provide false personal details or impersonate another individual.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access if misuse is detected.

3. Booking and Payments

3.1 Confirmation of Reservation

Your booking is considered confirmed only after:

• You have submitted the online reservation form, and
• We have received payment, where applicable.

3.2 Correct Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all personal and contact information provided during booking.

3.3 Time Allocation

Bookings are strictly limited to the reserved time slot. Please vacate the field promptly to allow the next group access.

4. Cancellations and Refund Policy

4.1 User-Initiated Cancellation

Cancellations should be made no later than 24 hours before your scheduled time. Failure to cancel in advance may result in forfeiture of prepaid amounts.

4.2 Company-Initiated Changes

We may cancel or modify bookings in case of:

• Field maintenance or repairs
• Adverse weather conditions
• Safety or operational concerns
• Other unforeseen events

In such instances, users will be offered a new slot at no additional cost.

5. Conduct on the Field

To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, users must:

• Respect the time limits of their booking.
• Wear proper sports shoes (no metal studs unless specifically allowed).
• Avoid damaging turf, nets, or other facilities.
• Dispose of waste in provided bins.
• Refrain from smoking, alcohol consumption, or any dangerous or disruptive behavior.

Anyone failing to comply may be asked to leave immediately.

6. Liability

All users participate at their own risk.

• The company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
• Injuries sustained during play are the user's responsibility.
• Any intentional or accidental damage to property may incur repair or replacement charges.

7. Personal Data and Privacy

Personal information collected during the booking or communication process is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Data is used solely for managing reservations and providing relevant updates.

8. Minors

Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult at all times when using the football field.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials found on this website — including text, visuals, graphics, design, and layout — are the exclusive property of Total Super Football. Copying, reproducing, or redistributing this content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
